  • Specialist, Programmatic Media
    This hybrid role, based in NYC, requires the Specialist, Programmatic Media, to be the primary contact for all programmatic ad campaigns and clients assigned to them. Under the strategic oversight of their manager, the Specialist translates client goals into a programmatic ad strategy, implements tactics, optimizes performance, and communicates insights and analysis to demonstrate the achievement of client objectives. The Specialist ensures campaigns run smoothly by troubleshooting technical issues, meeting deadlines on all deliverables, and building personal relationships with clients and vendors. This position also involves collaborating with peers, sharing relevant learnings, and communicating wins, losses, and issues on the account.
  • Account Executive
    Hybrid NYC – The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day execution of media projects across multiple clients, products and channels. They are the direct liaison between the internal agency departments (Media, Analytics, Ad Operations, Technology, Finance), clients and certain media partners. The Account Executive will be responsible for timely project management to ensure smooth operations, and for owning clear and concise communications across all key stakeholders.
  • Account Director
    Hybrid NYC – The Account Director plays a pivotal role in leading client relationships and strategic media initiatives at Involved Media. This individual will oversee cross-channel media campaigns and ensure clients achieve their business objectives through innovative strategies, seamless execution, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, embodies a collaborative spirit, and is passionate about delivering clarity and transparency within the complex media landscape.
  • Account Coordinator
    Hybrid NYC – As an Account Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day activities for assigned accounts, ensuring the flawless execution of media campaigns that support performance goals. You’ll work collaboratively across teams and have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of marketing and media strategy. Prior experience in marketing is a bonus but not required—we’re looking for someone ready to learn and grow quickly.
  • Media Assistant
    Hybrid NYC – The Media Assistant is an integral support member of the buying team. Media Assistants collaborate closely with Buyers, Supervisors, and Account Management to ensure that various Video (TV, OTT) and Audio (terrestrial and digital radio, podcast) campaigns run smoothly. This role will organize all stages of the buying process from meeting on initial requests – to carrying out post analysis and reporting requests. In general, the position has a set list of responsibilities daily – but will also to expected to perform ad hoc responsibilities based on business needs.
