This hybrid role, based in NYC, requires the Specialist, Programmatic Media, to be the primary contact for all programmatic ad campaigns and clients assigned to them. Under the strategic oversight of their manager, the Specialist translates client goals into a programmatic ad strategy, implements tactics, optimizes performance, and communicates insights and analysis to demonstrate the achievement of client objectives. The Specialist ensures campaigns run smoothly by troubleshooting technical issues, meeting deadlines on all deliverables, and building personal relationships with clients and vendors. This position also involves collaborating with peers, sharing relevant learnings, and communicating wins, losses, and issues on the account.
