  • Sr. Digital Specialist Programmatic
    Hybrid NYC – The Senior Digital Specialist Programmatic candidate is passionate about programmatic advertising and has a desire to help architect the future of how Involved Media plans and buys digital media in an ever-changing programmatic landscape. As a Senior Digital Specialist, you will work closely with the Programmatic leadership team to expand Involved Media’s programmatic solutions while creating best practices. Senior Digital Specialist will be responsible for strategic planning, measurement, optimization, scaling, and troubleshooting programmatic campaigns. They will also help coach team members and provide thought leadership to both team members and clients alike.
  • Programmatic Director, Strategy & Activation
    Hybrid NYC – The Director of Programmatic will manage and lead our programmatic strategy and execution practice. The role will act as the subject matter expert leading programmatic advertising cross-departmentally, via senior leadership, and external partners and clients. Programmatic Director will have a heavy expertise and focus on our programmatic offering. The successful candidate brings well-rounded experience to oversee and grow the programmatic team. Candidate will be experienced in both programmatic planning and hands on execution, working strategically with other media subject matter experts to drive omni channel plans for account success. This role leads accounts for Involved Media, and in cooperation with Active International accounts/clients. Ideal candidate will have a self-starter mentality, with the ability to identify supporting factors to drive programmatic to scalable success, driving adoption of programmatic models across Involved & Active through advocacy, trainings, and client management.
  • Media Buyer
    Hybrid NYC – The Media Buyer will have strong skills negotiating, buying, analyzing, tracking and reporting for multiple video campaigns and creative length’s that support client business objectives in a fast-paced environment with a focus on both long form and short form DRTV within the following platforms: local TV, national cable, satellite, MVPD/ Systems, syndication, They must also be comfortable interacting with, and in many cases, leading client and new business communications re: Media rationale, planning and strategy. We are looking for a go-getter with the desire to advance in their media career through the opportunity to learn new skills, acquire more responsibility and get greater client contact in a smaller, entrepreneurial agency.
