The Programmatic Specialist position is responsible for being the point person for all programmatic ad campaigns and clients assigned to them. Under the strategic oversight of their manager, the Specialist translates client goals into a programmatic ad strategy; implements tactics, optimizes performance, and communicates insights and analysis to demonstrate achievement of client objectives.
The Specialist works to ensure campaigns run smoothly – troubleshooting technical issues, meeting deadlines on all deliverables, and building personal relationships with clients and vendors. This position also works collaboratively with peers, sharing relevant learnings, and communicating wins, losses, and issues on the account.
