Short-Form Video Viewership

  • 70% of our recent Connected Audience survey respondents have watched short-form video in the last 30 days.
  • YouTube Shorts: 68% of respondents that have ever watched YouTube Shorts, 44% have watched in the last 30 days.
  • Facebook Reels: 61% of respondents that have ever watched Facebook Reels, 41% have watched in the last 30 days.
  • TikTok: 56% of respondents that have ever watched TikTok, 38% have watched in the last 30 days.

Distribution of Time Spent by Platform

  • TikTok maintains high daily engagement, each capturing 57% of viewers, along with Instagram Reels capturing 55% of daily viewers.
  • Twitch Discovery maintains the highest weekly viewership, capturing 38% of weekly viewers.
